Fall activities in MA with your dog

Fall is here in New England and it is so beautiful. I’ve found a couple places, activities, and events you can do with your dog this October.

 

  1. Doe Orchards in Harvard, MA
  2. Drew Farm in Westford, MA
  3. Boston Hill Farm in North Andover, MA
  4. Pakeen Farm in Canton, MA is dog friendly. They do not have apple picking but you can get donuts, mums, pumpkins, and apples from the farm.
  5. Head of the Charles Regatta in Cambridge is from Oct 21-22
  6. Island Creek Oyster Raw Bar in Duxbury is still open for the season.
  7. Ghosts of Boston walking tour is dog friendly. They have a few different types of ghost tours to choose from.
  8. SoWa Open Market: Sundays, May-October 11am-4pm. It is comprised of 100+ weekly tent vendors (outdoor), 100+ artist studios, galleries, and retail shops (indoor), Food Trucks, Outdoor Oasis Café & Bar, Rotating DJ’s.
  9. Debevino Winery in Walpole, MA. Dog friendly and they are having a Barktoberfest on October 13th from 5-8pm.
  10. Untold Brewing in Scituate, MA. They always have rotating food trucks and live music.
  11. Stellwagen Beer Company in Marshfield, MA. They have a large outdoor area and always rocking live music. On October 30th they are having a dog costume contest and parade.
  12. Cape Cod winery in Falmouth, MA. They are dog friendly and on Oct 16th they are having FALLFEST with live music all day and lots of food vendors.
  13. Polkadog in Canton, MA is having a Dogtoberfest on October 15th from 11-5pm at their warehouse with a dog costume contest, lots of treats, and all things fall.
