1st Trimester Must Haves

I know everyone has different experiences with pregnancy. I’m just sharing what worked for me during my first trimester. I barely had nausea I was just EXHAUSTED, constipated, and bloated.

  1. I’m paranoid about stretch marks even though I know it’s inevitable. I got this cocoa butter set from Palmer’s I’ve been using. It’s really hydrating and I like the smell.
  2. I was always hungry and wanted a snack so Lara bars were my best friends.
  3. The constipation was outrageous so I needed a stool softener because I couldn’t live like that anymore 😂
  4. If you know me you know I love a drink. I found Lyre’s non-alcoholic spirits and made myself some faux aperol spritz and let me tell you it was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend this brand.
  5. Pants were my enemy so leggings became the go to. Booty by Brabants Chrome Collection was a god send. Buttery soft and super stretchy. Both their leggings, bike shorts, and tanks are 100. I will say I bought the lavender and opal chrome shorts and had to return the opal. It was too tight but the lavender was perfect so I’m not sure why that was.
  6. The gas was BANANAS. Gas X became a great companion.
  7. Obviously a prenatal vitamin has been in the rotation and I’ve just been using the One a Day brand.
  8. Hydration is key. I’ve never drank so much water in my life and I still feel like it hasn’t been enough. This 40 oz Stanley my mom got me has been with me everywhere.
  9. Piggybacking on hydration. Liquid IV has been a daily additive.
  10. Vitality brand leggings are also SO COMFY. Highly recommend. Shout out to my friend Kristen who showed me the brand.
